Sure. Although Help Wanted lasted only one day sometime after Quake. I'll check out the timeline thread and send something. I have been listing NPCs in the first post of my adventure to help people keep track. Not sure if anyone is using it. Maybe someone could write up a paragraph or two for each adventure (probably the GM). I'd be up for it.


I really like the banner as is. I think it would get crowded with with any Resolute related contact. Of course I always thought the motto for the team should be "Standing Firm", but that's just me.

Salix: The banner is clickable. Just hit quote under my post and copy/paste the code for the banner to your sig over at ATT.

I'm having trouble getting it to work in my sig at the ATT. I see yours there and it looks really good. Can you think of anything simple I'm doing wrong?

Database idea

I came up with a sample format for Database entries, just to show what it might look like.


Name: This would be the name of the NPC, Organization, or, in the case of Villains, their Codename.
Real Name: If Resolute members learned of a Villain's real name it would be listed here.
Location: Where is the NPC, Organization, or Villain generally based.

Known Powers: The Resolutes, after facing a Villain, would have a general idea of what powers that Villain possessed. Those would be listed here (without game stats).

Abilities/Equipment: Any special abilites or equipment the NPC, Organization, or Villain displayed goes here.

Description: A brief description so other GMs have an idea what the NPC or Villain looks like, or what the Organization members wear.

Brief History: A couple of paragraphs describing The Resolutes encounter with this NPC, Organization, or Villain.

Basically, I was bored so I found something to do...

I had a very similar idea, but it seemed like the other GMs didn't agree with putting statblocks of their guys on the web. I'm not sure if that will change in the future. It's a good project to start early before we get too many missions down the line.
PS the banner is still a little problematic. I copied it exactly as you had it from the quote-nothing showed up. Then I copied it from your post and removed the spaces. Now it has the url text with the image, but isn't clickable. I must have a space off.

April 9, 2006- An army of robotic bugs attack Philadelphia, starting at the Walt Whitman Bridge. The robots are able to strip raw materials from their surroundings and create replicas of themselves. A mysterious figure in a 60 foot tall tripod walker is on the Bridge and seems to be responsible. A team of Resolutes is dispatched to stop the army of robots from leaving the bridge and taking over the city, while at the same time saving innocent bystanders. Toad, Roughneck, Body and Spirit, Pandora, and Gun Monkey manage to stem the tide, stopping the horde of robots before they reach the city. The perpetrator of the violence and pilot of the tripod walker, Dr. Null, is able to escape into the icy waters of the bay before he can be captured. Nothing has been discovered as to the true identity and motives of this man.

Seems like the thread needs to be organized into Heroe (not Resolutes), Villains, and NPCs. I'd like to see an appeared in heading (eg Help Wanted, Atiques Roadshow) in the block also to make it easy to reference.

Neat idea on the database! I could definately see it with or without the stat blocks. Just having the info there would be neat, especially once we start getting some recurring villains for the heros!

I like your Ghost character Fenris. I still haven't worked much more on my ghost or android since the last time we were discussing them. Oh well. Got a second job now and time is even more at a premium.

Thanks, I am pretty happy with him. I am still not sure I should not have gone 0 Con, 0 Str, immune fort. But we shall see. Only have a few points to move around for final approval. Then its time to write up my PL8, Wen. Poor Ghost, or is it poor Wen? hehehe
