I had a very similar idea, but it seemed like the other GMs didn't agree with putting statblocks of their guys on the web. I'm not sure if that will change in the future. It's a good project to start early before we get too many missions down the line.
PS the banner is still a little problematic. I copied it exactly as you had it from the quote-nothing showed up. Then I copied it from your post and removed the spaces. Now it has the url text with the image, but isn't clickable. I must have a space off.

I think that you should have to e-mail the GM for stats. Quake for example, could be a reoccuring villian, but he's not quite by the book (nor does he need to be), and I'm not sure I'd let another GM use him without talking with them first. And, that at least keeps the stats out of most player's hands.

Someone should start a proposal thread for this.

The nice thing about being a GM is that we're not limited by PL level or points. If he doesn't work by the rules given your points constraint, just bump his points or PL level until he's legal.
Malthusian- It's your idea, why don't you propose it. The thread should probably be started by the LS Judge account so one person can update the different categories. I could see having to email the GM for stats though. If you download the thread the text gets rid of sblocks so maybe its better to present those on a need to know basis.

Well my cable/internet was supposed to be hooked up by now. After Time Warner has stiffed me twice I cant honestly say when I will be back to my normal posting schedule.

I am however all moved in to my new place and my new work schedule is finalized.

I am hoping to resolve my problems with Time Warner soon.

Oh, that I'm well aware of. What I mean is that one of his powers isn't exactly rules driven in any manor, as it's realy hard to express, but it's more a story thing than anything.

Nah, I know, I had a hellish week at work last 2 weeks, and this week was the first time I got my normal days off in a long time, so spent time with the wife.
