I read earlier that it was even picked up for another 13-episode second season.

Yeah, I have to jump on the Homeland bandwagon as well. The first episode really grabbed me but despite that, I kept trying to resist liking it 'cause I had this feeling that it was going to be one of those 'one season wonders' where they build up all this awesome tension and intrigue and suspense only to get cancelled and either leave me with a completely unsatisfying conclusion or none at all.

Unfortunately for me, the show is so well done that it's really hard to resist. Also, Morena Baccarin nekkid!
