Loads of new shows starting this week

They don't seem to have control over logic, either. Doesn't it bother anyone that they're going BACK in time? Or have they explained the grandfather paradox in some five second throw-away spiel that justifies it?
Yes to the spiel, its an alternate time-line. Or not, at the end they talk about controlling the future, by controlling the past.

better than I thought but dinos should have ate the kids...

I can see where this is going, one: the past has happened and there is no changing it. two: new time line.

Math girl will figure out the symbols and become friends with the unknown jungle guy.

Teenage boy & love interest, keep getting into trouble...never learning.

Little girl becomes dino friend.

Will definitely be catching next episode of Terra Nova, if only for Stephen Lang. That Zooey Deschanel comedy wasn't too awful either.

Giving up on Glee. Just seems to be spinning its wheels now.

Not a new series, but the first episode of The Mentalist really pissed me off.

Thoughts so far on shows I've seen:

2 Broke Girls: Actually not bad. Laugh tracks make me cringe but it was actually pretty clever now and then and sometimes funny. Not something I'd watch, but significantly funnier than, say, Big Bang Theory, which is inexplicably popular.
I hated the laugh track. Not sure I'll keep watching it. Probably not.

Ringer: The first episode was iffy, and Gellar still isn't much of an actor, but there's decent tension the second episode made it clear that the plot appears to be reasonably rich.

Bunch of others queued up.
It's good enough for now.

I made it halfway through Charlie's Angels before I had to turn it off.

The new Charlie's voice sounded too bland, Bosley's now young and good looking, and the women were all bad actors.

Plus, the waif-fu was unconvincing. I mean, there's a way to make a 90 lb girl fighting a 250 lb man look good, but having her throw up a tiny, little stick arm to block his punches isn't it. That blonde girl had no muscle on her at all. I don't think she could block a punch thrown by a 2 year old.

Oh, and there was the writing. I cringed when the Angels watched their friend die in an explosion and one of them said, "I never thought my heart could hurt this much." :-S
I kinda liked Bosley. But the rest. Yeah. The writing, dialog and action left a lot to be desired. The women look good, yeah, but that's not enough, as shocking as that may sound.

Person of Interest I'll probably keep following.
As well as Prime Suspects.
New Girl maybe. Zooey Deschanel is cute. (Strange how that works for New Girl but not Charlie's Angels...)

Yeah, he got out of it way too easily. I'm hoping it's later explained by Red John somehow manipulating the jury 'cause otherwise the cliff-hanger is a 'jump the shark' moment.

As a shock to no one, Charlie's Angels was cancelled after only 4 episodes. Reportedly, they are still going to air the episodes that were already filmed (not sure how many that is).

This doesn't surprise me. I caught the first 10 minutes of the second episode and it was like watching a train wreck. All I could think was "How did this script make it past... well... anyone on the creative team.

I've enjoyed Revenge so far. Feels like it was inspired by Veronica Mars in many ways.
I am liking this one too. I'll keep watching.

Anyone seen American Horror Story? The first episode was decent, sorta creepy, I'll keep DVRing it.

Also, I am enjoying Homeland on Showtime. It's got some great acting in Claire Danes, Damian Lewis, Morena Baccarin and Mandy Patinkin

The first two episodes are pretty good, but I think the pacing is a little fast. At this rate it is going to be impossible to believe that the family is going to stay there. Also, the amount of deaths in that house is rather alarming.
