My current favourite.

Nice, although when I first seen it looked like Zondon. Now I see 2012don.

Man, I would of given them something a lot nicer than that at 1/10th the price...

Yeah, I coulda designed a cooler logo in the plain ol' Paint program over the weekend and it'd still be worth more than this piece of crud. Seeing as how almost anything would be better than what they threw together for an obscene sum.

Oy. 400,000 pounds? I'd have done it for 38.50 and a six pack. What the hell was the logo inspired by, peanut brittle?

Reminds me of "a piece of art" that won some sort of contest a year or so back. Basically you opened a door, walked into a room, and then the light turned off. Then after a while it turned on. Then after a while it turned off again. And so on. And the guy that designed this and called it art got a hefty sum of cash.... :\

I heard about an "artist" somewhere who coats things in cheese. Thats his entire shtick, take something like a small bedroom and, coat it with mozzerella and wait for it to solidify. Looks interesting yes, but I'm a fan of the Red Green* definition of "If I can do it, it's not art."

*The Red Green show was an amusing program about a scruffy, middle-age canadian guy who also hates rap and considers gravy a vegetable.

Ugh... and they just showed a TV advertisement for that logo on the American news, saying it is being discontinued because it's been known to cause seizures. Why the heck do you show it on TV again - national TV even - after people have had seizures after watching it? And it looked like somebody on LSD threw up on the screen. It's should've been pulled based on aesthetics, never mind health concerns.

How much do you want to bet that the guy who had the contract had 1 month to work on it and was drinking in a pub until the last day, at which point he said, "Oh sh--!" and cranked out the logo in the 4 hours before the due date?

Isn't that how all art is made?
