Looking for an online 4e game that allows some homebrew...

Hello, I have always been looking for a 4e game online, but never found one which would accommodate my needs. Simply put, there is a homebrew class I would love to play, but most games I find don't allow homebrew, for the most part. The class in question is the "Dread Necromancer" created by ThePlanesWalker of Wizards forums and it can be found at the link provided in this thread.

Note that just because I want to play a necromancer class, dose not mean I want to play in an evil campaign. While I do like evil PCs, I know that 4e really wants you to play as good, so I ideally have a good aligned necromancer in mind, though evil campaigns are welcome as well.

So, here's the link to the class(and it's supplementary material):

So, anybody have a 4e game which would allow this class to be used?

What would your concept be for a "good" necromancer? How do you see your character fitting into a party? I'm curious as to your concept; the write-up almost convinces me (we're looking for another player for our online game), but I'd like your personal take before I put it to the group.

I have a few concepts, actually. The first one is simply a necromancer who has a morbid fascination with the undead and has a strong interest in things such as the afterlife, undeath, animus, funerary customs ect... He would be somewhat "creepy" but not evil, he would see his dark powers as a means to do good and would consider his art not to be vile but rather a side to magic and the world that most people don't properly understand. To him, undead, undeath are something that needs to be studied and understood, and necromancy is to him, no different then arcane magic would be to a wizard. He would interact well with others and due to the nature of his class, be rather charismatic, though he would definitely have an obvious dark side. He would not however, seek to do evil things. He just thinks that undead and dark magic are far more interesting then arcane or divine powers.

Another concept I had was somebody who lost a loved one when they where fairly young, perhaps a sibling or his parent(s). They would have seen them killed in a horrific manner and this event would have driven them to seek a way to bring that loved one back, thus turning them to necromancy. They would have plunged into dark lore to try and figure out how to bring back the dead so they could one day, find a way to bring back their loved one. However, they rather quickly found out that bringing somebody back as themselves through necromancy was easier said then done, and while this character would still want to find a way to bring their loved ones back some day, at this point they would have decided to use necromancy for a more noble purpose, to make sure that others would not have to suffer the same loss they did. Unlike the first idea who would be a bit creepy and have strange interests, this character would be much more grim and dark, though still able to get along well with a party.

Edit: I just came up with concept that could be combined with the second or first. Basically a character who uses necromancy as a way to instill fear in evil-doers along with their other reasons for using the dark arts. Combined with the second that makes a very "batman-esc" character, combined with the first that plays into his already existent dark/morbid side.

Also, what rolls in your party do you currently have filled? The class above can be a controller or leader, really. So if you say have a controller but lack a leader, this class can be a passable leader if built right despite having controller as a primary.

Currently we have a Genasi Swordmage (striker focus) and a Dwarf Druid (controller). We'd like a leader (preferably with healing), but are not set on it. If necessary, we can use an NPC for that.

Let me run your ideas past the other two and see if it fits in.
