Looking for good multiclass warrior-type

Barbarian/Scout (if those Completes are permitted). Two levels barbarian will get you Uncanny Dodge, two more scout levels will make you not to be flanked and all the feats you'll ever need are Power Attack and Cleave. Perhaps Great Cleave if you like it. And take Improved Skirmish ASAP.

Powerful Charge and it's upgrade, usually very bad feats, are pretty evil for this build. You charge attacks will be horrifying. Two Weapon Pounce if you like TWF, and skirmish damage to several attacks. If you use a double weapon, you can have the best of both worlds.

Other options for builds by using Oriental Adventures:

Check out the Shaman. With Divine spells, Domain spells and Improved Unarmed Combat, its part Cleric, part Monk...and the 3.5 Update in Dragon #318 lets their IUC scale with level, just like the Monk's (but without FoB or any of the other special stuff Monks get). As such, they, too, make a good sub for builds including Cleric or Paladin levels.

A barbarian/rogue can make an exceptionally fun melee type.

If you want more feats, try the martial rogue (UA)/barbarian. You get the fighter bonus feat progression, but lose sneak attack.

Another possibility is swashbuckler as one of the classes.

Thanks,
Rich

How do you get around the alignment conflict of the Monk & Barbarian?
If Barbarian is only for two levels, you started as a Barbarian (and Chaotic), realized the error of your ways, became Lawful and lived in a monestary for a while.

But then no more rage. :(

For the Barb/Scout charge build above - Leap Attack (but use sparingly).
