Since I can't seem to send private messages, this will have to do.

I was looking on another thread that had discussed a kung fu style game (currently on hold), and have been considering starting a kung fu game, online, myself.

In the post, showing interest, you had said: "Wouldn't mind playing the guy with the flying guillotine that lobs off people's heads. "

I think that's a GREAT idea, and if you're still interested, I'd be more than happy to have this type of character in the campaign. I'm a great fan of those films.

You should be able to email me from my profile information - I do believe I set it up that way when I registered.

I'm not 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure that I'll host the game over at RPOL, as I like the way everything there works, including the dice roller. Of course, I haven't set up the game yet, but that will definitely happen Friday or early Saturday.

I'm also not completely sure about what rules I'll be using, but I'm almost positive that it'll be D&D 3.5 with some extra stuff I've been working on (for about two years, including a little playtesting) to add to the kung fu flavor.

Heh, I also noticed in the original post that you mentioned the possibility of a Zhang Zi Yi type of character, instead -- well, what about Zhang Zi Yi with a flying guillotine? I see tons of opportunity, there.

Looking forward to hearing from you. Of course, if any of you other guys cruising through here might be interested in a kung fu campaign, you're invited to drop me a line, too.
