Genasi race is free on DDB, Since it was in the elemental evil players companion. Storm Sorcerer would require a purchase. It can be found in both SCAG and Xanathar's. As a piecemeal purchase it would be $1.99. Since you want to play a caster, you might want to look at purchasing either individual spells or the spell packs, if you don't want to be limited to SRD and EEPC spells. Depending on what warlock patron you wanted to look at, you might need to buy some there. Only the fiend is free.

I think that's illegal. I don't think they bought a license from WOTC for most of that material.

That does make sense, I'm shocked they haven't been taken down yet. I'm going to edit my original post so that I don't get in trouble.
