Among the requirements for the loremaster prestige class are three metamagic or item creation feats. Can Scribe Scroll count as one of those even if you got it simply by being a first level wizard rather than by specifically choosing it as a feat?

(A similar question could be asked for other things, such as whether a ranger's virtual TWF and Amb feats count as fulfilling the requirements for advanced feats that have TWF as a prerequisite.)

Yes the scribe scroll feat is an item creation feat, it doesn't much matter how you came by the feat you've still got it for the PrC.

as for the ranger's virtual twf, as long as he never puts on heavy armor he'd gain the benefits for whatever advanced feats he took.
