If I were trying to get to move to California, and suddenly my car broke down, or I became lost in a different place just as hospitable, I would still want to get to California, my intended destination.

Or, like, if there was this doctor from D.C. who wanted to work in Beverly Hills, but ended up practicing in a small hamlet instead due to unforeseen circumstances and his car getting smashed and.. hang on, that sounds familiar somehow..

But yeah, I don't think Doctor Smith is one of those people either.
