Spirited charge is in the Player's Handbook. Battle Jump is from the FR-specific Unapproachable East, Leap Attack is in Complete Adventurer, and Headlong Rush is again FR-specific, namely, Races of Faerûn.

Might be a stupid question.. but what is FR-specific?

No such thing as a stupid question, buddy. FR is short for Forgotten Realms. FR-specific means some DMs might be leery to allow stuff from those books, as they're intended for the one setting and might not work so well with a Greyhawk or Eberron campaign. However, feats and other "crunchy" stuff will usually work in any setting.

Only one question left (which isnt about the topic) Where do you find Headlong Rush, Battle Jump and Spirited Charge? which books?

If you haven't already seen it, take a look at the WoTC website where they still have a functioning index for 3.5 feats and PrCs. I find it invaluable for checking which books certain feats/prcs come from, and I use those bookmarks a lot.
