lvl 13 pala = 350 dmg/charge lance

Well, everything is multiplied, yes. Strength, magic, smite evil, etc... Generally, numbers are multiplied, extra dice are not. So sneak attack damage doesn't get multiplied in a crit, just the initial weapon damage.

HOWEVER. DnD multiplication is funny. Doubling a 3x crit only gives you 4x damage. Not 6x. Each 2x only adds a +1 to the multiplier. Otherwise there's enough options of multipliers that you could have a 3x2x4x2... and that'd just be silly.
well under Leap Attack it says "If u use PA and LA u double PA damage, however if you use a 2hander, you triple PA damage"
but under lance it just says "You double all damage if u charge from a horse bag" so that means literally that all damage is multiplied x6.
but is it in then only multiplied x4?

and in that case, can u then give me a source? i need to use it to show my player that he made it wrong

Critical multiplier is qualified as a different multiplier so it occurs outside the others. Leap Attack is only for power attack so it stays the same as well.

but i still dont understand.. when a lance doubles all damage from horsebag..
will u then deal 4d8 or 6d8?
and will u multiply ur strenght modifier 6 times or 4 times?

Honestly, it really sounds like this guy just got lucky and really is nowhere near being an ubercharger so if you are really worried about him doing significantly more damage it isn't likely to happen.

4x for each. SRD has a good rules breakdown here: multiplying

"Sometimes a rule makes you multiply a number or a die roll. As long as you’re applying a single multiplier, multiply the number normally. When two or more multipliers apply to any abstract value (such as a modifier or a die roll), however, combine them into a single multiple, with each extra multiple adding 1 less than its value to the first multiple. Thus, a double (×2) and a double (×2) applied to the same number results in a triple (×3, because 2 + 1 = 3)."

Your lance is x3 + a double which is (2-1) or +1, which yields a total of x4.

To clarify all multiplication issues:

Multiplication in D&D 3.5 is best NOT modeled as applying a true multiplier. Instead, when something tells to to multiply by 2, think "I need to add 100% of the base value". For example, when you crit with a Longsword, don't think "that lets me deal double damage". Think "that lets me deal +100% damage" instead. For a Greataxe (crit multiplier x3), that would be +200% damage. For a Scythe (crit multiplier x4), that's +300% damage.

So for, so simple, we haven't altered the math involved at all. But once you start applying more than one multiplier, this changes. Because, you see, those added percent values always refer to the BASE VALUE. So if you crit with a lance (+200% damage) while charging on horseback (+100% damage), you deal +300% damage, or base damage times four. If you also have the Headlong Rush feat (another 'doubling', so another +100%) and the Battle Jump feat (same, +100%) as well as Spirited Charge (another +100%), and if you can somehow make them all work together, you're looking at +600% damage, or base damage times seven.

HOWEVER, if PART of your damage is multiplied for some reason, and then another effect multiplies ALL of your damage, things work differently. For example, Leap Attack lets you multiply your Power Attack damage bonus ONLY. In this case, apply this adjustment to base damage before calculating overall damage. For example, if charging with a lance and using Leap Attack, apply the Leap Attack adjustment to base damage BEFORE applying the +100% from charging with a lance.

thank you very much_o_ this was a very clarified answer.
Only one question left (which isnt about the topic) Where do you find Headlong Rush, Battle Jump and Spirited Charge? which books?

Spirited charge is in the Player's Handbook. Battle Jump is from the FR-specific Unapproachable East, Leap Attack is in Complete Adventurer, and Headlong Rush is again FR-specific, namely, Races of Faerûn.
