no problem: the party will need to release you from THE MACHINE before you can act. Do what you need to do. If you can before they do, post what your character looks like, and post your guy to our RG (we have one... I'm sure we do... hold off on that, I'll make sure we have one).

As an aside: I have a RL Pathfinder game that I'm running on Saturday. They're in a dracula's castle-type place (well, infernal magician) and going down into the bowels of the castle to stop hell itself from erupting from below.

That said, I'm not sure if I should end the adventure with just a fight vs. the gate's guardian, or prolong the adventure with additional, unexpected rooms below. Keep in mind we have new players, and the original was supposed to be a Halloween one-shot.

Maybe I should end it and say "you head to the pub" ?

The scenario is a winner with the group, however. They like Hammer Horror/Ravenloft (when it was awesome)/Van Helsing... Maybe add more rooms to let them get into it; we've been on break for a month or so.

yeah. Sav that post for later ;)

Good energy.

I humbly suggest Echo rush in to attack THE MACHINE so VV can act. One good Nutralize Tech attack should do it. Or WG smashing it, or Batgirl doing something similar.

Yeah I got totally confused by your posting VV. "The Durlan freed him and I missed it?"

Then I was like "Voda attacked? Did I miss my turn and the furries? But I have been checking everyday!"

Dre doesn't like to be called 'the Durlan', human! ;)

By the way, the purple cloak 'shape' below is a Durlan in truly natural form, but if they loose their powers they can also somehow default to orange humanoids with antenna. (This is NOT widely known.)
