Also, which powers come from books other than the core? I'd like to add those to my collection.

Also curious as to why Flight 5 instead of Flight 10.

In Elric's example it seems that everything is also from core.

And why Flight 5 and not 10? Well, Flight is 2 PP per rank, so Flight 10 is 10 PP you need to find somewhere else compared to the Flight 5. In the Kryptonian build you are already having a hard time being able to afford what you want. Of course if you give up something else you can increase it accordingly.

In M&M 2e, movement is movement; there's no "tactical" movement speed. So Flight 5 lets your character move at 250 mph in combat as a move action, which means that you're covering about 2500 feet as a move action. You don't need to be much faster than that!

I realized that I forgot to add the Super-Breath power feat to Super-Strength. Either you'll have to Power Stunt using Extra Effort to do it, or you should drop 1 pp elsewhere (e.g., Attractive if that didn't fit your concept) and take it.
 



No. h4h is picking a group tomorrow night, but you don't have to be totally done with character creation.

I hope to pick on wednesday night. Then it depends on how smoothly character creation goes after that. Some have your builds mostly done others not so much. But I expect some will need some rough edges smoothed out. For example issues that you have addressed about meeting PL Caps.
This is the time I will be "hands on" with the builds. But any work anyone wants to save me all the better.
This could take a day or a week. But no longer then a week! I would think a week would be enough for anyone who really wanted to play to get their $#!t in order.

I don't really think it is fair of me to make everyone create sheets and not pick half of those people. But I like to see some mechanics up front so I at least know we are on the same page. If a sheet is good to go I might pick that player because they are ready to play! On the other hand a background and concept might "wow" me but I don't have a sheet. They could make it in too on the strength of their creative skills.

The more complete the character submission the better.

Info:
Psyker is a well-trained special-ops agent for the governments not-so-secret Psy-Soldiers. He has served his government well for years, surpassing most of the other psy-soldiers to the point where he has become one of the elites.
Recently, he requested the chance to join with other's who's powers would be more in keeping with his own, to better protect people. He wants to use his powers to help people, and at the League he'll be able to do that.

Psyker is a well-adjusted soldier with a keen intellect and honed body. He's done some things he's not proud of, but has managed to keep his cool by the understanding that anything he has done has been for a good reason.

Jemal- you can't use Alternate Save to shift a damaging power to a Reflex save. Says so right in the book. Also, I'm pretty sure you have to buy the Accurate power feats for both of the linked powers for your mind drain attack.
 

As much as I hate to do it, I think I'm going to withdraw from the running. I can't get my character concept to jell the way I want. Also, one of the other PbP's I'm in is becoming a lot more active, and given that this one looks like it'll be pretty fast paced I'm not sure I could keep up with them all.
