Well, updated SG so that she now has some super-senses. And heat vision has become an alternate power of Enhanced Strength. :)

The last session of the D&D campaign I run provided the inspiration for a supers character I'd like to play. He's the ghost of an 18th century pirate who winds up animating the body of a crash-landed alien robot made of solid diamond circuitry. His name? Carbon Lattice Pete.

(mainly he's an excuse to talk like a pirate who liberally mixes in scientific language and technobabble)

He's just in the conceptual stage right now, but I could come up w/stats pretty quickly.

You took Blast 10 (Range: Perception) as heat vision. This means you can hit anyone in range without needing an attack roll. You already have the highest base damage in the group; I don't think you need an attack usable at will that deals 10 damage and always hits (effectively giving you the highest attack bonus in the group as well).

Ahh. Didn't think of that, just thought that since it was vision it should be perception range and all and I felt 15 damage with the heat vision was perhaps too much.

Maybe add a couple power feats and remove a rank. Precise is appropriate, as Supes certainly has it (using it for spot-welding and the like).

Great idea. Now it's Accurate, Precise and has Improved Range (rather than perception range). Given SG's BAB 3, Accurate simply brings her to +5 to hit, just like her punches.
 

I was going to suggest a lower rank Blast w/ some power feats, but Matt beat me to the punch.

Mallus, recruiting is closed at this point, but I don't know if h4h is looking for alternates.

Jemal, your survival skill should be +5, not +6. Forgot to mention that one before.

Tailspinner Rapid Fire has been changed in Ultimate Power so it would be at 2/3 your rank. However there is an alternate power called Bullet that is ranged w/o the autofire. Let me know about what you want to do to meet your caps. Elric's advice was fairly sound.

Elric Does Dragonfist speak Mandarin or Cantonese Chinese?

Jemal Medicine should be +9 total and Survival +5 as they are wisdom based. You have enough points in your array to go another rank of mental blast unless you want to turn Imp Reach to another rank of Accurate.
