M3: Assassin's Knot (Patlin judging)

Rinaldo follows Eanos, leaving his guard to open the way.

Rinaldo and Eanos head out and walk towards the Inn. There is Tenebrynn also walking that way.

Eanos

Eanos waves to Tenebrynn. He does it casually, as they're meant to only know each other from breakfasts at the Inn, but he wants to give the wizard an opportunity for a "chance meeting" if it's necessary.

"I suppose it must be taking Ashnar longer in the library," he remarks softly to Rinaldo.

 

[Erekose13]

"Hey Eanos, Rinaldo, pleasure meeting you again out here. Indeed Ashnar is studying in the library still. He should have an answer for those trap doors." says Tenebrynn making sure that there are no other people within earshot. His casual attitude is carefully controlled to appear like he is dealing with friendly acquantances not close friends.

 

[Velmont]

Rinaldo smiles at Tenebrynn, a polite smile. "We have met the fool of this town. Like all fool of the town, he knows a lot of what is happening around. We could talk about it in a more private place."

 

[Erekose13]

"Sounds good. I have an appointment with the Prince tomorrow and I wanted to find out what you all had learned. Know anywhere we can go? I don't think the inn would be appropriate this early in the day." he replies.

 

[Manzanita]

Actually, let's say its almost dinnertime. Ashnar has finished his studies & is with you. The performance at the theater will start in about an hour and a half. You catch sight of Mordik and Nurlan walking towards the theater. They could hear you if you shouted.

 

[Knight Otu]

"Very well, I've finished my studies. And I picked up that spell we need." Ashnar then lowered his voice "Though I must admit I am a little uncomfortable with it. It is no illusion or enchantment, so the magiphysical structure is transparent to me..."

 

[Erekose13]

"I'll admit that spells whose primary functions are larcenous in nature are contrary to my most of my studies as well. However, as in the case we are presented, there are many other uses for such a spell. When we are paid for our services on this quest, I will undoubtedly arrange to copy the spell from you. Feel free to browse my collection later as well." replies Tenebrynn as he and Ashnar join the others.

 

[Velmont]

"There is a few things that we could do tonight. If we can do that now, it will do one thing less." Rinaldo spots Nurlan and Mordik "Or we might just look at some show, wait a second."

Rinaldo walks away from teh group in direction of Nurlan.

"Hey, Sir!" He shouts. "Sir! When is the show tonight? I wouldn't like to miss you tonight again." His voice lower as he approach Nurlan and Mordik.
