"Hmm, for now let's see if it stays closed. I don't believe that cantrip will even work on a door this size, but it certainly wont keep it closed. I think I remember hearing of another spell, Wizard Lock, that would accomplish that. Perhaps if we could sneak Rinaldo in through the staff door, he could lock it and escape back out that way." says Tenebrynn. "Let's see if he has returned."

"Sounds like a plan. Allow me to ... escort you to my employer so you can thank him for the use of my bodyguarding services this evening," Eanos says, falling into character and moving to open the door and take the mages to Rinaldo.

ooc: I explained it in what I said under that: "This mornin', see - I go to do my business, you know, and on the way I see him and his pack fallen spillin over full o' gold...I offered this to Nurlan but he dont think nothin of it - whatchu think, Rinaldo?"

Eanos, human monk

Eanos maintains character at the door to Rinaldo's room. Once the door's closed again, he lowers his voice, asking "You three find anything interesting?"

"I think we have a serious lead... but before, I want to know Nurlan and Mordik's answer to my question." answers Rinaldo to Eanos.

"We managed to delve into the secret doors. They lead to a staff room, with a lock on the other side rather than within the secret passage. We may need your help getting into that staff room to find out more." says Tenebrynn instead of waiting for Nurlan not knowing what question Rinaldo posed.

If Rinaldo is waiting for more information from Mordik, I assume the dwarf will recount the events of this, this and this post from the Nurlan and Mordik thread. Since Nurlan wasn't there, he'll let Mordik tell the story.
