Magic Shields and Bracers

Does anyone know if the enhancement bonuses of magical shields and bracers applies to AC/Ref? Is it just shields? Or is a shield always a +1 to AC/Ref (if light) or +2 if Heavy no matter what the enhancement. The PhB makes it look that's the case because it doesn't provide a + such and such bonus for sheilds but that might be an error. I appreciate any help. Thanks.

Magic shields and bracers don't have enhancement bonuses. Having a magical shield does not provide bonuses to AC and reflex above those of a non-magical shield of the same type. Magical bracers do not provide a bonus to AC and reflex at all.
