This should be a good start to a fun and effective build. If you wanted to go more strikery, you could switch eldritch strike out for twin strike, then use the adept dilettante feat to base it off charisma.

feats: sneak of shadows, strength of valor, two-fisted shooter, weapon focus, weapon expertise, weapon master, versatile master

Pretty nice, but what's he gonna do with the xbow? Looks like you got some Dragon mag stuff in there, which I'm not familiar with as it's not my approved book list.
 

Doh, I forgot to check which sources you're allowed.

The xbow does two things: first there are plenty of good bard ranged weapon attacks, and second two-fisted shooter gives him free xbow attacks when he crits.
