[March] What are you playing?

So far this month, my friends and I have already undertaken a lot of multiplayer action on the 'Cube:

- Super Smash Bros. Melee (as Destil already put it, 'It will never die.')

- Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2003

- Knockout Kings 2003

- NFL Blitz 2003

- NCAA Football 2003

- TimeSplitters 2

- Sega Soccer Slam

And stuff I've been playing solo:

- Metroid Prime

- Resident Evil 0

- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (Master Quest)

And later this month I'll be getting:

- Skies of Arcadia Legends

- The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

On the PC: Icewind Dale 2 - for the second time. :)

I don't know what it is about this game, it's just darned fun.

PC:

SimCity 4. (100,000 in a small city.)
Battlefield 1942, still pretty fun.
UT2K3, not skilled enough to go on-line with it... I suck.
And still waiting on Patch 1.10 for Diablo II:LoD, and I'll probably play that for 3-4 hrs a day on-line when the patch finally arrives.

Xbox: Buffy the Vampire Slayer & MechAssault

PC: ADOM (a rogue-like ASCII game)

Having a really good time with the Buffy game. It's a definite "thumbs up" if you are at all a fan of the show. It's from the same folks who designed the new Indiana Jones game, but it seems as though they were more successful at capturing the Buffy universe than the Indy one.

MechAssault's single player mode is fun (blow stuff up), but I mostly view it was a training method to keep from embarassing myself on Xbox Live.

Ancient Domains of Mystery is a classic rogue-like (Moria, Nethack) and is decidedly low tech AND addicting.

My room-mate just gave me a War III expantion CD-key to install on his system while he's away on spring break. That's gonna take some time away from Xenosaga, I bet... I forgot to mention Zelda Master Quest, too (anyone else think lord Jabu-Jabu's belly is just downright freaky in MQ? Moo-cows everywhere and all...)

Loved it my first time through, had no interest in HoW mode, though. By 15th level the 2.5ish rule system really started to wear thin (my tiefling rogue and and half-elf fighter/rogue getting only one sneak attack a round seriously bugged me, for instance. Also the lack of certian armor types I really would have liked, like the chain shirt and something better for my barbarian / fighter). Tryed to get into it by cheating a new party up to 15th, but they didn't hold my interest much either. Still an excelent good game, though. Far better than Neverwinter.

Diablo 2 - continue to have fun with this game
Master of Orion 3 - keep trying to like it, want to like it but it is fading fast...
Master of Orion 2 - my stand-by game can play it again and again and again.
