Matrix tidbit?

Possible matrix reloaded tidbit:

A report on fark.com says that agent smith in Matrix Reloaded (was I guess driving a car that) had a license plate that says: IS 5416.

Now, the existance of biblical connections to the Matrix is not new. So if this report is accurate...

Isaiah 54:16 : Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.

Hmmmm...

I must admit to not remembering this... Anyone have any thoughts?

I knew about the Smith plate, but I never noticed the others.

However, the non-Smith verses are incorrect.

The verses I used are quoted from the revised standard version (RSV) of the Bible rather then the King James. I prefer the KJV, but in this case the language used in the RSV seemed fitting

On that trend, IS 5416 in the Revised Standard Version is:

Behold, I have created the smith
who blows the fire of coals,
and produces a weapon for its purpose.
I have also created the ravager to destroy;

Now, the question is... What perspective are the plates from? The person they are assosiated with, or the father-figure of the matrix, or what? Because "I have also created the ravager to destroy" means a lot different thing if it's Agent Smith saying it or the Father guy.
