Am I the only person left in the world who still loves ABBA?

Nah, just the only straight guy left...

Nope, but my wife won't let me listen to 'em when she's home. :(

Well I met Kwalish Kid before I even knew about ENWorld (this is waaayyyy back when Eric Noah ran things with a mailed glove of velvet ;) ). Since then I have only met one other member - A2Z - and he's now part of main D&D group!! I hope to get to GenCon next year or the year after so maybe I'll get to met some other ENWorlders.

Course now that I think about it A2Z and KK are mroe Nutkinlanders nowadays.

Oh and I know Madriel in passin ;) :D

I've had the distinct pleasure of meeting a good number of people here, mainly from the Chicago gamedays.

I found out about the best gaming store ever (Games Plus) from here

I got listed in the credits of a d20 product because of here (Thanks for such an awesome opportunity, Mark! You're a great guy and one of my DMing idols!)

I had the pleasure to game with Eric Noah on more than one occaision at the game days

I fell in love with Feng Shui because of our resident 3-legged cat, who was my GM at the 2nd chicago gameday (another one of my GMing idols! Thanks P-Kitty!)

Everyone else that I've gamed with or met in passing at a ENWorld get-together: you are all great people, and I would be honored to game with you someday!

I've met the following:
  • Tallarn
  • BeholderBurger
  • Upper_Krust
  • Poilbrun
  • S'mon
  • Miho
  • Ruin Explorer

...and briefly a few others. Most of the above I met at UK GenCon this year. We had a massive EN World D&D game DMed by S'mon. There were some non-EN Worlders as well. I think there were 16 of us in one game. Upper_Krust stayed at my place for the con as did S'mon for a night.

This was easier to do when there was that old forum titled something like "Meet DND Players in your Area" (i know that was too long, but i know some of you like piratecat have been around since before the switchover) But i met and played with one guy i met in that old forum.
