do we have a release date for this one yet?

uhhh yes, and I will check when I get home, I think October. It is now a 208 page hardcover and the lead designer is having a baby today (induced) so give me a few days to confirm ;) .

By the way congrats Ken! If you had the baby yet, if not may I be the first. I tried calling his cell and it did not go through.

Thanks for the ? Drawmack, and let me see if I can get you a teaser.

Just in case no one has said it today you rock Hal.

Congrats to the new daddy as well. Just remember when the crying and sobbing of the infant keeps you away from writting other gamers like me are thanking god for you work while we stay up all night reading so we can check the 6 year old's temperature every two hours.

Ken is not quite a daddy yet!

A little tid bit on Pantheons and Pagan Faiths is we will be presenting the 3.5 version of the Shaman. It will also be in the web enhancements for H:RoW world book owners.
Watch for it soon!

Any sneak peaks to kill the time between now and Oct?

There will be a number of new game mechanics introduced including birth signs (feats which grow with your character as they level), true paths (feats which alter the inherant abilities of a divine class based on their god), piety (a "fixed" turn undead system), more material for saints, all the major gods of Gothos in detail, secret and sacred domains, over 40 new class spells for witchs and shamans, LOTS of material for DM's to use against PC's, and more.

And that's just some of the material!

I venture a guess that many many who purchase this book will be playing rangers and paladins a heck of a lot after reading through. A good deal of effort went into making these classes more customizable with material "just for them".

Have a good one,
Ken

Ah, Saints. Now that I'm interested in. It was one of the things I thought cool about the Hunt when they mentioned them. Saints are vastly underused in a lot of settings. Heck, can anyone name five saints from any D&D campaign that are in the setting that don't include St. Cuthbert, whose actually a god?

I remember the old Saint Rules from one of the best of Dragon magazines. Ah, St. Karagoth, King of the Deathknights... Now I'll have to go look up his stats again...

Hey Joe,

We expanded a great deal on the Saints and their uses. We also added Sophists (anti-saints) for the evil gods. They are some nasty beings.
