The trailer was impressive, but didn't really reveal what the movie was about.

Here is the plot summary according to the IMDB:

An action/adventure film set 600 years ago, prior to the 16th-century Spanish conquest of Mexico and Central America, where a man goes on a perilous journey to save his idyllic world.

Also, based on what I've heard, it sounds like this movie will not be in english. Instead, it will be entirely in subtitles much like The Passion of the Christ.
