Menace of the Icy Spire (Ozymandias79 judging)

Janus contemplates his next move, there are still two targets within reach but from the yelling and screams coming from the hill it seems like the shaman is still causing mischief. Cursing to himself for exposing himself to incoming fire, Janus grabs his staff and scoots around the sled in a crouched run and slides to a halt on the side of the south eastern hill.

The shaman now standing clear as a goblin on the side of a hill surrounded by fog, becomes Janus next target. The now all too familiar words drift across the valley.

This is really fun - the guy shrouded himself in an ice cloud to give you an attack penalty, and the only result is that you keep making these trick shots skimming along the side of the hill and such. I think he had cover from the last 3 attacks, and none of it matters because he's already got concealment anyway!

Do you mean partial Concealment or full? I can see him can't I, if not I will stay where I am and plug the goblin on the ice.

Partial cover. A line traced from the bottom left or bottom right corners of U13 to the bottom left/right corners of the hexer's square runs right along the edge of the hill, so it's a bit ambiguous whether that line is blocked or not. I'm going to rule it's not since I let Murphy attack last turn. (Which was just because I didn't even notice there was a bit of hill in the way from him, but I don't want to go back and change it now.)

Sorry I didn't get to actually post a response yet - I haven't had enough time in a block to compose a full post, just make quick comments.

Janus's missiles skim low over the hillside and pop up at the last minute to graze the hexer's head and arms. It bats at them as if they were annoying flies, and flees from the area, running out to a central location on the ice. It levels its rod at Janus and retaliates by blasting him with a stream of ice. The cloud of icy vapour drifts lazily over to cover him again.

[sblock=OOC]
Janus's attack hits the hexer.

The hexer moves to K10, hits Janus with a Freezing Hex for 5 (and slows him - save ends), and then moves the Freezing Cloud 2 squares with a minor action.

Larinza's turn. (You get a save vs slow at the end of it.)

Larinza drags herself to her feet and goes on the defensive looking herself over and telling herself the wounds aren't as bad as she thinks

Balth continues moving southward, behind Murphy and past the Bowman he knows is somewhere there. He seems focused on the patch of slowly moving icy air to the southeast.

He raises his bow and fires two arrows into it. The first seems to tumble end over end as it hits the icy air, but the second rushes past it, disappearing out of sight. Balth strains forward to hear if it hit its mark. He then drops prone in the shadow of the outcropping close to him.

Sorry all, just returned from my trip :)

Move: Move to E11.
Standard: Twin Strike: Atk A, Atk B (1d20 7=11, 1d20 7=23)
(I did not take any penalties into consideration, as I'm not sure if it's partial or total concealment, but I'm pretty much figuring A misses ;) )
Atk B Damage, HQ Damage (1d10=3, 1d6=5) (if it hit)
Minor: Drop prone.
