I wouldn't get your heart set on Reaper's Touch, unfortunately - I don't have a vote, but I'm pushing for it to be Shadar-Kai only since it makes the most sense to me that way, being in a Shadar-Kai article.

Maybe you can take it but only be allowed to use it while in the form of a Shadar-Kai. <wink>

So... are you guys ready to move out? Or back, or whatever you want to do next?

Balth finishes repacking his tent and preparing to move out; seeing that everyone else is doing the same. Then he notices Shorrin's tent still in tact, with no sign of movement.

Balth slowly pads up to the side of the tent, then pushes on it back and forth to draw it taught, let's it slack and repeats, making a huge racket.

OH MY GOD, THEY HAVE US SURROUNDED! He yells against the wind.

LARINZA, NO!!!!!! He shouts with a grin a mile wide, as the scar splitting his face gives him more of an evil look than just the mischevious troublemaker he is.

[sblock=ooc] I'll take ten on my stealth check to pad up to the tent vs his perception while unconscious anyday


EDIT: d'oh! I just leveled. What do I do? Do I wait until the new XP shows up on my character sheet with the old XP and then try to edit everything? Or do I submit it now with a meta note since the XP hasn't officially been added to my charsheet yet?

Uh, we don't edit your character sheet - you add the XP to your charsheet including a link to Ozy's post above (the one that starts "I approve...").

Then you can make any changes for Level 2, add the "L4W:Requesting Approval" tag to the bottom, and send an email to the judges for them to review.

Larinza's already levelled up (and I just noticed I haven't reviewed it - I thought I did), and Murphy decided to wait until the PHB2's approved. I don't care if you level up now or later, just don't do it in the middle of a fight! (You can submit your sheet during a fight, but the new stats don't come into effect until after its over.)

Murphy just looks at Balth and shakes his head..."You'll be the death of him, elf"then feigns a chuckle, somewhat convincingly, (Bluff (1d20+14=19) )then looks at the remaining treasure helping himself to one of the healing potions.

"So where to now? Shall we deal with this menace that is the Icy Spire?" Murphy asks the others.

Larinza looks confused then realizes and decides to play along.

"Shorrin hel..." she then lets out a scream then a gurgling sound, then drops her sheild to make the sound of a body falling into the snow.

Shorrin steps out of the same tent Larinza was in, a toothy smile across his face. "Sorry I'm late. Had a rough night."

Balth stops mid-shout with his mouth open as Shorrin exits Larinza's tent.

He takes a breath, smiles at Shorrin, looks to Larinza, smiles even wider and then whistles a baudy tune as he turns on his heel and walks back to helping get the sleds ready, not saying another word the whole time, but continuing to have an odd grin on his face even as he whistles.

Whenever Shorrin nears him again, he will mutter a soft "Well played!" to him with a wide grin.

"In your dreams boys, you wouldn't know how to handle me. Now, lets get serious and get this mission over with, I'm tired of the cold, and scaley, don't let me see you trying to sneak into my tent again."

"That's almost exactly what she said last night, except without the sneaking into my tent part." Shorrin smiles again and stands in front of the sled. "Just say when."

"And just exactly how did you get into my tent? Because you weren't there when I woke, and you definitely weren't there last night, so what drove you to sneak into my tent while we were all getting ready?"
