You can see the Raider on the stairs, but from your current angle it has cover because the slope of the stairs are in the way. If you move one square to the right it won't have concealment. (I'm just eyeballing all the lines of sight here, too complicated to decide exactly what's visible from where.)

Both of Balth's arrows strike the Icicle Hurler, sending its body jerking backwards twice as chips of ice fly.

Shorrin interposes himself in front of the Raider's maul. It swings down at him and he is forced to convert his shield bash to a block, but at least he's engaged its attention.

Balth puts his Hunter's Quarry on the Icicle Hurler, then hits it twice with Two-Fanged Strike for 25 damage total, bloodying it.

Shorrin moves to E6 and misses the Raider with Tide of Iron (too bad, this'd be a perfect place for it), but marks it.

Murphy takes a step to his right and points his enchanted rod at the raider, calling upon his bargain with the fey creatures to curse his foe. Murphy attempts to blast the ice creature with flames, but his aim is off, again, as always...

Larinza barrels into the raider on the stairs from the side, but despite its awkward-looking position, it doesn't budge. She looks down and sees that ice has spread from its feet to encase the edge of the step, locking it in place. As soon as it moves, the ice melts away.

While Larinza's attention is focused on her target, a second raider appears at the top of the right-hand set of stairs and charges down at Balth! The nimble elf ducks under the swing of its maul. More footsteps echo down from above - at least one more unseen enemy is moving on the second floor, somewhere to the northeast.

Murphy steps to the side to get a better angle of view and unleashes flame towards the ice creatures. The flames fizzle and die, overwhelmed by the powerful cold.

The first raider is now blocked from its target by both Shorrin and Larinza, and it can feel Murphy's cursed gaze on its back. As it glances back and forth, weapon brought up in a defensive stance, ice crystallizes out of the air around it to fill in the slight wound left by Murphy's attack.

Finally it settles on Shorrin as the most dangerous target, but cunningly feints towards Larinza instead. As Shorrin steps sideways to interpose his shield, it spins and swings overhand at him instead, bashing his maul into the dragonborn's shoulder while he's off-balance. Shorrin feels his reptilian blood slowing. The creature follows up by grabbing at Shorrin's shoulder with his free hand. Tendrils of ice start to spread out over Shorrin's skin, threatening to engulf him in ice yet again, but he's gotten used to this and shakes it off without flinching.

Larinza moves to E5 and misses with Opening Shove. She uses Inspiring Word to heal Janus for 15.

Ice Warrior Raider 2 moves to G3 from somewhere to the north, and charges to G5, missing Balth: Maul at Balth (w/+1 for charge) (1d20+9+1=12, 1d8+3=7)

Something else does something on the floor above.

Murphy moves to F1 and curses Raider 1, which takes 1 damage, then misses with Witchfire. (You can change you curse to Raider 2 if you prefer, since it moved into place before you.)

Raider 1 regenerates 2 hp, since it's in the Frostling's 5 square Icy Aura. It attacks Shorrin with its Maul: Maul at Shorrin (1d20+9=27, 1d8+3=9). Shorrin takes 9 damage and is slowed (save ends). It follows up with Ice Embrace (a minor action), missing: Ice Embrace at Shorrin (vs Fort) (1d20+7=13).

Janus's turn - don't forget to save vs slow!

With incredible speed, the icicle hurler throws his own missile - it strikes Janus's ice dagger in mid-air, and both shatter. Another ice spear forms in its hand.

The frostling ripples with power and its spiny shards stand on end. It throws out a paw-like hand, and a vortex of icy air swirls together into the center of the room below, battering ice pellets into Shorrin, Janus, and Balth, who come out of it bruised and bloodied. Even Larinza and one of the raiders, caught on the outskirts of the attack, are scoured raw by the vortex. The creature laughs, and says, "Best flee, mortals! Your master is no longer here - He crept away into the depths of the earth long ago. This is now a prison without a prisoner." It chuckles at some private joke. "A door without a key."

It nods to the icicle hurler, and sneers, "Finish that one. It is in the way." Obediantly, it steps forward and hurls its spear towards Balth. It takes him just below the arm, and he spins around and collapses. The icicle hurler retreats into the darkness to repair its wounds.

Janus misses the icicle hurler, but saves vs slow.

The Frostling's Icy Burst recharges (recharge Icy Burst (1d6=5)) and it fires it at F6 (an area burst 1, targetting Larinza, Shorrin, Janus, Balth, and Raider 2): Icy Burst on Larinza, Shorrin, Janus, Balth, Raider 2 (targets Fort) (1d20+7=21, 1d20+7=22, 1d20+7=14, 1d20+7=12, 1d20+7=22, 1d10+4=13). Everyone is hit for 13 cold damage (the raider resists 10, taking 3). Shorrin, Janus and Balth are bloodied.

The Icicle Hurler regenerates 2 from the Frostling's Icy Aura, and throws its icicle at Balth: Flying Icicle at Balth (1d20+9=29, 1d6+2+1d6=9) Critical hit for 9 (that's 1d6+2 damage, maxed, plus 1d6 cold damage which I won't max out - otherwise what's the point of separating it?) Balth is now dying. The Icicle Hurler moves off into the area you can't see, somewhere to the northwest of the Frostling.

Balth's turn - need a death save. Then it's Shorrin.

Shorrin's blade cracks right through the casing of ice around the raider's legs and sweeps it off its feet. It tumbles to the ground, a look of surprise on its face.
