I'm pretty excited about this opportunity. It's funny - this was the first time that I had fun at a job interview. There were times when I was disappointed that the interviews had to end. I was like, hey, let's keep going. I want to talk some more about D&D.

WotC is actually pretty good about not making corporate slaves out of people.

Too late. You have to get that done just for the interview. On the bright side, you're easily read for the rest of your life.

Some people fit right in to WotC and do well there. Others, not so much. Mike's fun is finding out which camp he falls into.

I imagine this is more or less true of any business that gets to a certain size. At small companies people self select themselves away from offices of incompatible "camps," but in larger enterprises one must put up with the BS to get things done.

But in any case, congrats on the new gig, Mike. Hope you do well.
