Mixing monster types (A FREAKY IDEA)

Akercockren

First Post
I was thinking what would happen if you took the 14 monster types (im talking about 3.5 by the way) and made hybrids of them. Okay, so they obviously would have no official change, but like when you make a title for a multiclass PC (e.g. sorceror/wizard could be called a gifted student, a barbarian/bard a war drummer, etc) what would combinations of monster types give you...

deathless

Oh boy do i hate the deathless ((And the whole BoEd for that matter) it should have been an undead subtype or something as it is mostly like undead with a couple of changes. I think its to much like undead to merrits its own type.

Cliff :D

my take on deathless is that they wanted something like undead that wasn't actually undead. ;) i might just have to dig out my old sunstar lich and recreate is as a deathless...

you could always combine traits from one type to another, that's always fun.

Thanks for the suggestion, I might try it out... :D

Btw, Akercockren, you forgot the deathless from BoED.

I dont have the BoED yet, and I dont like having things I dont recognise at the time on my listings. Thanks for the suggestion.

You forgot the Vermin type!

Aberration + Vermin= Alien Bugs
Animal + Vermin= ?
Construct + Vermin= Bugbots

Whoops!, thanks for pointing that out...

If you own this book, and are looking to get rid of it, I suggest you wade on over here. Maybe you'd be willing to trade for it. Take a look at what I've got, and make me an offer.
