I think the BAB should be as it is in the book. I think they made sense. Not all the styles are equal, and the better ones required a higher BAB. The wisdom requirement is tougher at the beginning and easier at the fifth tier. Of the 2, I'm more inclined to use their BAB as it keeps many other classes from even atempting to train in some of this. Granted, the wisdom can, also, but there's no rule that says you can't put your high stat in wisdom, no matter what your class.
The gold for training seems high, really high. But I deal with poorer campaigns and PCs. That number will have to be set by the DM.
The XP is what I'm worried about. Again, most DMs should set this, but XP is more of a constant then anything else. I think the XP should be higher for the top abilites. THose top abilities are really good, and by the time you get there you'll have some to burn.
