What does that do?

The Incisive Dagger has a property that increases the distance of any teleport by +Enhancement Bonus -- when wielding it, of course. It's in AV2. Only on daggers.

So lets say you have a teeny little 1 or 2 square teleport that is only good for things like escaping a grab while immobilized, and you acquire a +3 Incisive Dagger -- now your little teleport is a powerful movement option.

It also gives a bonus on Teleportation rituals, and has a daily Teleport 5, but it's the property that makes me salivate.
