No Tourists fight the fight then move on to the next. They more often then not do not contribute or purchase the product afterwards.Obviously. RPGs are clearly the exclusive purview of people who think exactly like you and anyone who disagrees is a tourist.
There is a whole thread for this discussion, FYI.I just hope that the NPC stat blocks for "Humanoids" have ways that we can make them feel distinct. Orc warriors should "feel" different than elf, gnome or halfling warriors.
I mean, I'm a competent DM who can make them all behave differently myself (gear, tactics, etc.) but newbie DMs will need SOME kind of guidance, right?
No, these videos have almost universally been about lore and art.On topic:
Does anyone have a summary or breakdown of what they actually said? What are the substantive changes to aberrations and oozes? Were there statblocks presented?

That is a very very backward take.Orcs are now just grey/green humans. No more Orc stat blocks. One more point for the Soapbox Tourists.
They clarify that the Aberration creature type means that the monsters are unnatural creatures specifically from or linked to the Far Realm. So, Kuo Toa, Grimlocks, Gith, Piercers/Ropers, and more are now Aberrations. Slaad will presumably have some lore connection to the Far Realm now.On topic:
