D&D 3E/3.5 Monsters - 3.0 vs 3.5 Changes

I've gone through several 3.0 3rd party monsters working on 3.5 conversions, and I have noticed that other than Feats, Skills, DR, and sometimes Special Abilities, not much else has changed.

Can anyone who may have had some extensive experience doing 3.0 to 3.5 conversions tell me if anything else has had a major change in 3.5(such as saving throws, base attack bonuses, etc) ?

Hit points. Constructs now gain bonus hit points based on their size. Some instant-kill special abilities have been pulled out, such as with the Nymph.
