Most attacks per round

How many attacks can a 20th level character have in one full-round action using core only rules? (Not including any AoOs)
I was thinking about a Hasted TWFing monk (but I'm not sure if TWF stacks with Flurry of Blows)

I used to think that it is possible to full-attack + rapid-shoot + multi-shoot but recently found out that it's not possible.

well the most i have ever seen (and I do not delve into char op boards) is the stats for the halfling dervish in the PrC section of Complete Warrior.

I'm pretty sure a hasted monk polymorphed into a twelve headed hydra is going to be your best bet.

No they deal 1d3 + str now and are thrown once each.

If you're a hasted TWF monk, don't forget Rapid Shot to add an extra shuriken to the mix.
