gnome.
do you pronounce it g-nom or now-m?

Both would be wrong. It rhymes with home.

Like the old Jona Lewie song, Stop the Cavalry, with the classic lyric "I wish I was a gnome for Christmas".

:)

Chorus

Wish I could be dancing now
in the arms of the girl I love
Mary Bradley waits at home
She has been waiting 2 years long
Wish I was a gnome for Christmas

That's nearly correct. Just that the "boo" sound is more like the German "ü" ;).
I tend to think the same. But it is incredibly hard to explain this to english speakers, because I can´t think of a word with "ü" in English.
Maybe the "assimilated" german word "Übermensch". But no, I doubt they do pronounce the "ü" correctly, not when I think of the usual writing of it - "Ubermensch"...
To use the German pronounciaton "standards" to describe how Bullette is probably pronounced in French, I would say: "Bühlet". But in our group, we usually say Bulett or Bulette... :)

Yuan-ti?

Would you like an herbal infusion or a piece of cloth to dangle from your neck?

Well, it's probably not the way it was intended to be said, but I fixed that by pronouncing it "yan-ti". Rhymes with "jaunty".

Demiurge out.

I have always been a fan of the "Tra-BUCKET" :p

Hey, I used that one for years playing Battletech. And actually, I tend to use it now. Sounds more intimidating and despite my pedantic leanings, sometimes aesthetics outweights accuracy.
