With a brief read the oozemaster gets the various abilities of molds, slimes, puddings and jellies. He gets various touch attack abilites that mimick the abilities of Brown Mold, Gray Ooze, Ochre Jelly, etc. etc. He increases 2/1 in his original spellcasting class (for every two levels of oozemaster, +1 level of existing class).
Seems like a good choice for a bad guy but I don't see very many player characters ever taking this prestige class. It doesn't seem to be unbalanced either.

Alchemy 4 ranks
Great Fortitude Feat
ability cast 3rd level arcane or divine spells.
It is a great idea to add something like: Have to have had a negative encounter with green slime.
