Moving Through a Grapple?

Ok, here's the situation. A druid PC in dire bear form is grappling with a Medium draconian (the dire bear used its Improved Grapple Grab to pull the draconian into its space, where they are now grappling). The dire bear is Large in a 10-foot wide corridor.

Another PC (Medium human) is allied to the druid and wants to move through the dire bear's space. Normally this is fine, but how does the grapple affect things (if at all)?

Since the grappling draconian doesn't threaten, presumably the other PC can move through one of the dire bear's spaces that is not occupied by the draconian.

What if the draconian was Large? Then the dire bear's spaces could not be moved through by allies at all, correct?

From what I recall, you can't move through a space occupied by an opponent, unless they are helpless. Whilst a grappling opponent does not threaten, they are not helpless.

While the rules are silent on what space the medium-sized opponent occupies when grappled by a larger creature, I would treat it like a mounted creature, in that it is taken to occupy the same squares as the mount (with all the benefits and costs that come with that).

The easiest? way I could see the ally moving through the squares is to first join the grapple (no AOO and grab automatically succeeds), move into the occupied square(s) (by winning the opposed grapple check and choosing to Maintain the Grapple), and then exit the grapple on the other side (using the Escape a Grapple action).

I like this one myself. On this subject...

Joining a Grapple
If your target is already grappling someone else, you can use an attack to start a grapple, as above, except that the target doesn’t get an attack of opportunity against you, and your grab automatically succeeds. You still have to make a successful opposed grapple check to become part of the grapple.

If there are multiple opponents involved in the grapple, you pick one to make the opposed grapple check against.

Step 3
Hold. Make an opposed grapple check as a free action.

If you succeed, you and your target are now grappling, and you deal damage to the target as if with an unarmed strike.

You only can choose an opponenet to oppose your entry into grapple. If you could chose an ally to oppose, you'd have to damage them. Your armor spikes would deal them the extra spike damge as well.

Yeah, but the second PC didn't want to enter the grapple. He just wanted to pass through the space. Is that possible without entering the grapple?
That depends on one issue.

If a character is in a grapple and the foe has a larger face than the character, is the character in one square or All Squares?

He could tumble through the squares, otherwise, no.

Also, you said, "...the dire bear used its Improved Grapple to pull the draconian into its space..." Improved Grapple does not work like Improved Grab, which is what I'm sure you meant.
