Multiple attacks question

If a feature describes something that happens on "your next attacks until the end of your next turn" (or something like that) and you use something like twin strike or storm of blows that specifically say that you do two or more attacks, does the feature apply to both?

And if so wouldn't a tyrant weapon do WAY too much damage at high levels.

For instance. My level 20 warforged horned champion warden (mc Barbarian) has a little combo where he does this.

any normal turn
Action point (reroll the attack provided by action point)
Eagervine strike which immobilizes and gives the enemy a penalty to their ac and reflex = to my con mod (6)

That most likely hits, then unless they can teleport farther than my speed for some reason I can do storm of blows next turn.

So that would be
6 attacks
target has a -6 to ac
already awesome

But if I got a tyrant weapon and figured out a way to make them prone (not that hard for a warden), it would ALSO be

5d6 on everyone of those attacks?

Maybe so, but many things have to happen in order for this to work.

Action point: happens once every two fights.

Target must be prone. Somewhat common, but must still be pulled off by an ally.

Level 20.

You're supposed to dish out a lot of damage at that level once or twice per fight.

The frost dagger half-elven twin striking level 12 rogue who crits on 18+ ON EVERY ROUND is much more powerful at his level...
