Multiple melee attacks after movement?

Hi All,

I was curious if anyone knows of any supplements that have rules for allowing a character to take multiple attacks after moving, either feat-based or prestige class based? I know I could try making rules for it myself, but I figured I'd check if there are any playtested and balanced versions already designed to save myself some work.

I know it could be potentially unbalanced, but my group isn't much of a powergaming crowd so I think I can handle it. Specifically, I have one player who is playing a changeling scout (its an Eberron game) who is dual-wielding hand axes. Unfortunately, this means she can't do both shticks at the same time - if she moves to get the scout bonus damage, she can only attack with one weapon.

Anything out there to suit this situation?

Bounding Assault from PHB2. Tempest from CAdv gives 2 weapon spring attack. Pounce is available from a variety of sources (most egregiously, the Lion Totem feature swap in CC).
 

Two-Weapon Pounce, PHB2. Then throw in Two-Weapon Rend, also from PHB2.

You charge, get to attack with weapons in each hand, then if both hit then you can do extra rend damage...
 

Toss in some help from the MIC.

Use 1 charge from Quicksilver Boots or a Belt of Battle as an immediate action to gain an extra Move action. Use it to move then take a Full Attack.

Or Charge someone, take a single attack, then expend 3 charges from the Belt of Battle (still an immediate action) to take an extra Full-Round action and make a Full Attack.
 



Eberron has a feat called either Action Surge or Heroic Surge that lets you spend two AP to gain an extra move or attack action. You could use up the move action, as long as your opponent is near enough, then get your full-round attack. Due to the limited number of AP, it's probably not as powerful as some of the other options presented. Note that the feat, as written, probably breaks spellcasters.
 



There's an epic feat called Dire Charge that lets you charge and still get your complete array of iterative attacks.
