Signs your family needs help:

Your kids can hardly wait for school to start up again in September because they'll be able to show off their ENnie Award (from last year) and the Polyhedron magazine with their monster in it.

Same kids own a Pokemon d20 web site.

Daddy is proud because his 11 year old daughter waited for his permission to download the ROM & emulator Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire the day after the games were released in North America.

Same daughter (11 years old) got up this morning, logged online, and is now trying the RPGA Legacy Level DM's test (although she had to lie about her date of birth).

I'm letting her be late for school so she can finish it.

Wow, is everyone in Canada that geeky? ;)

I figure you'll know b/c Canada has such a small population that you all know each other, eh?

Well, in Canada its kind of a 50/50 thing. Half are geeky (just look at Canadian television), and the other half are drunk (just enought to watch Canadian television).

So far its worked out well;)

Hey Dextra,

Thats cool that you are letting your daughter be late for school so that she can do something she likes. I remember when I would get up early to try and beat Aztec Challenge (which I still say is impossible) on the old C64 and would end up being late for school....while being yelled at on my way out.....for being late for school ;)

Quick question, where in Eastern Ontario do you hail from? I've got a cottage up near Pembroke so I was just curious.

Cheers

We live on a 200 acre pharm just outside of charming Vankleek Hill, Ontario. It's so East, we're only about a twenty minute drive into Quebec, one hour East along the 417 from Ottawa, 1 hour NorthEast from Cornwall.

Why don't you come join us for the E.N.Publishing Company Picnic? Sunday, June 22nd...
