Wow, I'm sorry. That's damned rough. Peace to you and yours.

Hang tight, and take care of yourself.

I am truly sad for you loss :(

90 is a good number of years; the history he must of seen would have been staggering. At his birth, automobiles were still an odditiy, yet now we fly into space. He was born before television and when movies were still silent. It takes a tough person to carry 90 years on his shoulders.

When my own grandfather died, also at age 90, no one told me for two years. I was six years old at the time and loved him to pieces. They were afraid I couldn't handle the loss. So, and please don't take this the wrong way, I envy you the fact that you were there with him at the end.

May peace be with you and yours. Your grandfather saw much of life.

That is very sad, and my heart goes out to you.

I never knew either of my grandfathers as they had passed before my birth. Having watched both grandmothers die in the same year, I am still very thankful for the time that I was able to spend with them. Memories live forever.

sorry to hear :(

90ish is a long and good life.

Him knowing you were at his side told him that he lives on in you and that would fill any grandfather's heart to know he had a grandson at his side (because that told him- you loved him, and you will carry on with his memory in your heart and mind).

Cry until you don't need to, but do so with a smile for him.

Once again- you have my heart felt.
