Mystic Theurge

But...

Level 1: Rilkan Factotum. All skills are on skill list, so the skill problems are okay. Take Bardic Tutelage as a feat, and choose Druidic as your language.
Level 2: Rogue. Not much fun here.
Level 3: Rogue. Evasion.
Level 4: Rilkan Rogue substitution level, gains Bardic Music.
I must admit I didn't actually look those up, but as far as I can tell, you won't actually have any class abilities to progress. (like Divine and/or arcane casting....)

Meaning you still have to spend extra levels to obtain those, right? (or the PrC becomes rather useless....)

Yes, that's true. After this, I would go into Wizard and Ur-Priest, and advance them with the Fochlucan Lyrist Levels. To tell you the truth, I created this entrance for a friend who refused to take Bard levels.

Of course. But then you're stuck with three levels that don't have most of the requirement skills, requiring you to have lots of Intelligence, or fall behind on the skills. This way, you at least only need a few Intelligence points.
Ah... so 3 levels of Rogue helps you with the skillpoints to meet all those skill rank requirements, gotcha.
