Though I think that naming your dog after your favorite beer is a good standby. Well ... unless you drink Arrogant Bast*rd.

I would advise against Chewbacca... I have a buddy up in Duluth with a golden retriever named Chewbacca. They call him Chewie for short, and he certainly lives up to the name.

Of the choices, I'd combine two and go with Obi-wan Kenobi. Then you can can him Kenobi or Obi or Obi-wan. It always easier to shorten a long name.

Personally, I've always wanted to own a cat named Pavlov and a dog named Schrodinger... But that's just me.
