NaNoWriMo is Upon Us

I'm sort of participating in NaNo. I'm using it as a prod to keep me writing. I'm redrafting a novel I started in NaNo two years ago and my goal is to finish the draft by Dec 15. I started Nov 1 and have 40,000 words so far, so I'm right on track. I estimate the full draft to be around 90-95k words.

I'm on NaNo as Ineti if you'd like to add me as a writing buddy. I expect to 'win' NaNo this weekend.

This is the second year I've tried this and it just hasn't panned out. I think it's an awesome marathon, but it's just not practical for me, and it always seems that November is a terribly busy month. Maybe someday I'll have time to write a novel, but at the moment it's just not working out.
