Kaz calls out, "make me bigger!" and waits. Weenie casts enlarge person on Kaz, defensively. If successfully enlarged, Kaz will grow south (to originate at 15n25e) and attack Rocky ignoring the web. If not successful, he will cut his way out of the web and step east to 20n30e.

Weenie gets the spell off (rolled 26 Concentration check). Kaz hacks Rocky (rolled natural 18 for 26-2=22; 25-2=23 to confirm crit) in the mouth for 22-5=17 points of damage. Rocky has 31 HP remaining.

Rocky claws Weenie twice for 6 points of damage, making Weenie disappear. Kaz shrinks back to his normal size at position 20N25E.

Rocky takes a 5-foot step to 15N20E and bites Kaz for 21 points of damage. Kaz has 11 HP remaining.

Rocky hits with three claws and its bite for a total of 26 points of damage. Kaz is dead. Rocky shifts to 15N15E, and has 31 HP remaining.

First in round 449 for Neutral Evil is a vaath (Book of Vile Darkness). Gansk, it is your turn to run the combat.

A large reptile with dark scales scampers quickly into the arena, charging to 0n5e. Val Kilmer the vaath is a horrible amalgamation of insect and reptile with a hard, thorny brown carapace and long, white teeth dripping venomous saliva. Narrow, slitted eyes peek out from its spike-covered head-shell and a long, snaky tendril extends from a small cavity above its mouth, ending in a small, sphincter-like mouth of its own. When Val reaches his target, he swipes at Rocky with a claw, hoping to draw Rocky into his grasp.

Round 449: Rocky steps to 10N10E and fares just as poorly. (Highest roll 21)

Val sneers at Rocky and, amazing the spectators, speaks in abyssal. "That was pathetic." Val steps to 0n10e and attacks with a bite (3.5 he gets weapon focus ) first and then two claws. Val is already thinking tasty thoughts.

Val hits with a claw (rolled 24 & 12, 20 with bite) for 9-5=4 points of damage. He also drags Rocky into his square (rolled 33 vs. 20 Grp check). Val's tiny little mouth-tendril starts burrowing into Rocky's flesh, causing 6 more damage. Rocky gets the insane feeling that he is tasting his own flesh (rolled natural 1 Will save) and freaks out enough to lose a point of Wisdom. Rocky has 21 hp and 10 Wis.

Round 450: Rocky escapes the grapple (rolled 22 vs. 18) and steps to 10N10E.
