NE vs. N (FFA): Very Young Tarterian Dragon vs. Adult Ethereal Dragon

OOC: I think it has been established that constructs would not flee, because they cannot feel pain and do not have a survival instinct. I think living beings with no intelligence would have some sort of survival instincts.

Round 500

The worm scuttles over to 55N60E, waiting with head up.

The worm is not horrified by something that looks cold (rolled 18 Fort save).

Round 500

The worm bites Frosty as he comes down, but its bite goes right through Frosty.
Frosty touches the worm (13 incorporeal touch) for 11 points of cold damage. The worm has 62 HP remaining.

Round 501

The worm's bite goes right through Frosty again, so the worm buries itself, disappearing from sight. As it leaves, Frosty touches it again for another 10 points of cold damage. The worm has 52 HP remaining.

A draw is declared in the middle of round 506. Sorry that you had to go to all that trouble to write in the stats.

Next in the arena in round 506 for Neutral Evil is an unbodied (Expanded Psionics Handbook).

Rassafrassin' is right. I am going to propose that in following rounds, the floor is unworked stone, so that only real good burrowers can hide.

Round 507

What might be a large human stumbles into the arena to 80N60E, except it becomes clear upon further inspection that the large human is actually composed of parts from many humans, all stitched and bolted together. If Jack had a sense of smell, he might detect a hint of freshly dug earth. Lurch awaits Jack's action.

Jack flies to 80n40e25z and tries an energy push (please roll a random energy type, 1d4 in order: cold, electricity, fire, sonic; I'm trying not to metagame here).

I noticed that you had the more favorable ones on the high end of my d4. ;)

Jack hits Lurch with a ray of sonic energy (19 ranged touch), which appears to have no effect on Lurch at all. Jack has 18 PP remaining.

Round 508

Lurch lurches over to 80N40E, and looks up at Jack.
