Veronica (the lousy $@*!) oozes more acid out of her pores and tries to slam the inside of the t-rex's mouth. Die, Veronica, die die die! How dare you do that to me? What did I ever....oops, sorry for the digression. :uhoh:

I think you have some issues that need to be dealt with, Infiniti. :)

Round 593

Veronica misses (rolled 12-4=8).

T-Rex chews up Veronica for 25-5=20, then swallows her, where she gets crushed to death in T-Rex's gizzard.

T-Rex is in the Hall of Fame! :)

While chewing, T-Rex takes 2 points of acid damage. He has 137 HP remaining, and is located at 80N30E.

First in round 594 for Neutral Evil is a skullcrusher ogre (Monster Manual III).

An intelligent-looking ogre in spiked half-plate and a spiked heavy shield moves into the arena to 0n15e and throws a rock at the t-rex, just missing the web.

Round 594

The ogre hits T-Rex (rolled 16) for 16 points of damage. T-Rex has 121 HP remaining.

T-Rex starts barreling towards the ogre, but stops at 40N25E.

You cannot ready a 5-foot step along with the attack, but you can 5-foot step before the readied action.

Round 595

T-Rex goes around the web, trots south to 20N15E, and gets clubbed by Grubthik's morningstar (rolled 24-3=21) for 16 points of damage. T-Rex has 105 HP.

T-Rex bites Grubthik (rolled 25) for 24 points of damage, and picks him up in his mouth (34 vs. 25 grapple). Grubthik has 36 HP remaining.

Sure, you can. It says so pretty clearly IMO. :)

Here's the text: "You can take a 5-foot step as part of your readied action, but only if you don’t otherwise move any distance during the round."

Grubthik is pretty much doomed. He'll try slamming the t-rex a couple of times with the spikes on his half-plate, keeping the 3 points on power attack.

Oops. The result ended up being the same anyway.

Grubthik cannot position the spikes correctly either try (best roll 15-4=11).

Round 596

T-Rex chews on Grubthik twice for 46 points of damage. Grubthik is dead.

Next in round 596 for Neutral Evil is a tarterian dragon wyrmling (Draconomicon).

It has maximum ranks in the skills Knowledge (history, local, nature), Listen, Search, Sense Motive, Spot, and Use Magic Device.

It has the feats Alertness, Power Attack, and Weapon Focus (bite).

It recogniizes its opponent as a tyrannosaurus, and knows its animal traits and that it can swallow smaller opponents whole.

I didn't look up the t-rex's reach, but if it was 15ft (and it should be, I think the t-rex stat block is crap - he should be gargantuan as well), then it would've made a difference.

Steak Tartare enters the arena in a state of dread, not relishing his chances against the t-rex. He's a man-size greenish black dragon with tattered-looking wings. He flies in from the north, gaining altitude quickly, and ending up at 40n20e50z, heading south. If the t-rex stays relatively close, then Steak Tartare will hit it with disintegrating force breathe next round and fly in a circle ending up at the same spot.
