Grrr... that's what I thought! I'll call my FLGS tomorrow and get them up to speed.

BTW: Any reviews of Tome of Horrors? I mean, if I already have the Creature Catalog stuff, is it still worth it? Are the new monsters good or lame like Bastion Press' Minions?

You really only need 2 monster manuals...

Monster Manual 1 and Tome of Horrors. Literally. All the other books are just additions. Tome of Horrors just plainly rocks. Plus, it is all OGL content... which really rocks. I hope to see a lot of people using that, so we have a good source to get monsters from, for modules.

I thought Monster Manual 2 wasn't very good. Too many high level new monsters and not enough old favorites.

its amazing how much some of the gaming stores have no clue as to what is out or who is making them. My local store is the same way. Heck, they don't even know that WotC is making the books they have planned for release this year.
