Need 3rd level arcane spell; no gestures

.. other than Displacement, since my FR Sorcerer already has Blur and there's significant overlap between the two. I don't have Magic of Faerun and didn't see one in a skim through FRCS.

He's a thematic kinda sorcerer and I'm avoiding gestures and already have the still feat, but it's important to try to get the first one on each level to not have gestures so he can wear armor.

I'm now contemplating taking Dimension Slide (the PsiHB Power) and making it into an Arcane spell.

I don't know the original source. but in the Pocket Grimoire Arcane from Green Ronin page 134. there is the spell Magnified Knock.

I usted to have a nice list of all spells that lacked somatic components, but I I lost it to a HDD crash about a month ago.... From the top of my head: Suggetion, Blink and Shrink Item don't. There's about 5 or 6 at that level if memory serves, and thoes are the ones that jumpped out at me, so there's a few more in the PH alone.
